Biography
Evelyn serves as Group Director of Training and Talent Management for BST Global. Prior to joining BST Global, she gained 13 years of deep knowledge in project management best practices and a keen understanding of the consulting engineering industry.
Evelyn served as a Cost Specialist for Craig A. Smith & Associates, where she focused on municipality contracts. She then spent 10 years with Geosyntec Consultants, a leading international environmental engineering company, where she served as Project Systems Manager for their 1,000 staff members.
In 2006, Evelyn joined BST Global as a Support Director, where she honed her skills in client satisfaction and developed a passion for supporting and training internal staff. This passion led to her current role as Group Director of Training and Talent Management, where she is responsible for ensuring that BST Global’s internal staff are trained to the highest industry standards.
A native New Yorker, Evelyn’s dedication to excellence and her commitment to continuing education is evident in her certification in Actuary Science from the City College of New York in New York, New York.
