Based in Indiana, Lochmueller Group is a full-service survey, planning, engineering and environmental firm serving clients throughout the U.S. The firm is focused on planning and designing improvements for state and local infrastructure, and has been a BST Global client since 1990. Chief Financial Officer Amie Roach noted that the partnership is a valuable one. “Our companies share similar cultures and we’ve built many important relationships over the past 30 years,” she shared.
Recently, our partnership achieved another major milestone when Lochmueller Group’s operations shifted from BST8 to BST10 — the next evolution toward project intelligence™. The firm’s motivation behind the change included a need for better project management views, and improved accessibility to dashboards and staff information. Amie said of the successful go-live: “BST Global’s Implementation team did a great job of keeping us moving forward and being available for support.”
Once live, Lochmueller Group employees quickly began engaging with BST10 and have responded positively. Accounting Manager Candis Kessie shared that they’ve already noticed employees doing their timesheets more regularly. “The pending effort is so much more visible to project managers. This has helped them monitor their budgets more closely and catch incorrect time entry before it is posted.”
