Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

The Specialist is responsible for providing subject matter expertise across a broad set of implementations and point solutions to ensure quality and consistency in project delivery. This includes leading complex and high-profile initiatives where a broad range of experience and knowledge is required.

Essential Functions

  • Architect for simple and complex solutions
  • Expert review of deliverables from Client sessions
  • Expert review of software configuration and customizations for implementations or point solutions
  • Expert review of validation and testing process for implementations or point solutions
  • Expert review of training plan and materials for implementations or point solutions
  • Lead implementation activities on complex projects
  • Provide expert readiness assessment for implementations or point solutions
  • Subject matter expert in the discipline area
  • Development of estimates for subject matter area solutions
  • Completion of Project Status reporting on a timely and regular basis.
  • Completion of time and expense reporting on a timely and regular basis
  • Keeping immediate Supervisor and project leadership informed of all relevant implementation and client issues and concerns
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and tasks to project team members
  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented working environment
  • Mentor for Consultants
  • Collaborate with counterparts in design/development teams
  • Compliance with all Company and Group policies and procedures
  • Achieve annual utilization target
  • Performs other related duties as directed

Education or Prior Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical-related discipline
  • Master’s or advanced degree in business or technical-related discipline helpful
  • 10+ years in technology consulting.
  • Advanced certifications/licenses in Finance & Accounting such as a CPA would be preferred, but not necessary.
