Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for the development, implementation, optimization, and measurement of digital marketing strategies and holistic campaigns that enhance the positioning of the BST Global brand. This role focuses on digital strategy, including SEO, PPC, paid media, and social media, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage past campaign insights to optimize future distribution planning and media spending, while also managing content creation and digital engagement.

Essential Functions

Digital Marketing Strategy & Implementation:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing campaign calendar in collaboration with stakeholder departments.
  • Establish and manage budgets for all digital channels on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Create and execute detailed scoping outlines/RFPs for web projects to evaluate and select vendors.
  • Develop demand generation strategies to nurture lead pipelines and drive demand for services.
  • Utilize market data to inform campaign pivots and future go-to-market activities.
  • Manage and optimize the company website and other online assets.
  • Lead strategies regarding lead lifecycle and revenue cycle models.

Implement both paid and organic advertising campaigns.

  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement organic social-media strategies and manage day-to-day community engagement.
  • Monitor BST Global’s social and digital media presence daily, developing response strategies and engaging with the online community.


Digital Performance Analysis:

  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Measure and manage BST Global’s SEO strategy efforts.
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Present measurement analytics to demonstrate ROI and the success of digital initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to nurture lead pipelines and drive demand for services.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, SEO tools and social media management tools
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills.
  • A drive for results and the ability to achieve results through teams, exerting influence without direct authority.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience in website development and management.
  • Strong experience in social media strategy and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Expertise in both organic and paid campaign execution tactics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and WYSIWYG editing
  • Ability to present measurement analytics to executive-level teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with emphasis on leadership, relationship development, and project management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional groups and manage projects effectively to completion.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Education or Prior Work Experience

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience with strong leadership skills.
  • Or any equivalent combination of related training/education and experience.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role. This job operates in a professional office environment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and laptop computers, phones, etc. On Mondays and Fridays, the Global Marketing team typically works remotely.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Position may require remote work across different time zones.
