How does virtual attendance work?
Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link and password to access the event’s livestream. Don’t forget to add the event to your calendar! When it’s time for the presentation to begin, just click the link in your confirmation email and enter the password when prompted. Your camera and microphone will be disabled for the event, so it’s just like watching TV.
How does in-person attendance work?
The event will take place at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts’ Carol Morsani Hall. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes in advance (10:30 a.m. ET) to allow time for COVID-19 check-in protocol and to find your seat before the doors close at 10:55 a.m. ET. Please review and comply with the theatre’s COVID-19 protocol by bringing and wearing an appropriate facemask; neck gaiters, bandanas and masks with vents are not permitted as a substitute for a proper facemask. Then, sit back and relax for a behind-the-scenes view of the show!
