Biography

Danielle serves as the Director of Release Management for BST Global. With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Danielle joined BST Global in 2008 as a Quality Assurance Engineer. During her tenure in QA, she was promoted to QA Lead and later on to QA Manager. Her role as the QA Manager also entailed managing the scope of releases with the Director of Release Management to ensure timely delivery of products on the release roadmap. In 2014, Danielle joined the Release Management team as a Project Manager. In that role, she managed BST8 and BST10 product releases, and lead several key initiatives for the organization.

In 2016, Danielle was promoted to Senior Release Manager, where in addition to her product release responsibilities, Danielle collaborated with BST Global’s Chief Product Officer to author and execute on the BST Global Release Roadmap. She was then promoted to Associate Director of Release Management in 2017, and subsequently to Director of Release Management, where she provides leadership to continually improve the release management lifecycle, identifying the right methodologies and best practices to keep the releases aligned with business demands.

Prior to joining BST Global, Danielle has held roles in IT System Administration and worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst in the healthcare industry.
