ABOUT THE SESSION
Design and engineering firms across the size spectrum are finding that the biggest barrier to AI progress isn’t the technology; it’s the leadership and organizational conditions around it. Competitive pressure is moving C-suite decisions faster than most firms planned for, and the ROI conversation is shifting from short-term cost justification to long-term competitive positioning.
This panel examines what it looks like to treat AI as a strategic priority rather than another tool, how leadership at every level needs to be part of that shift, and what it takes to drive real investment and accountability at the top. Walk away with practical tactics for turning constraint into catalyst and fear-driven adoption into deliberate, well-governed, enterprise-wide strategy.
BST Global’s Javier A. Baldor and Eileen M. Canady will moderate the discussion.
