Our 7-Step Implementation Approach

Our proven seven-step implementation process has been perfected during our company’s more than 50-year history.

First, we’ll work with you to develop a custom project plan, validate the technical infrastructure and establish the project’s governance.

Next up, we’ll host assessment sessions to review your current and future business operations. This includes reviewing your existing technology investments.

We will help prepare your team for data extraction by coordinating data mapping; then, we will load your data in BST11 Work Management and validate it before final conversion.

During the test phase, we use your real data to pilot the configured system, run through key operational and billing processes, and refine the system as needed.

Thanks to our Train the Trainer method, your team will be ready to provide end-user training in-house.
