25 January 2017 – Multi-disciplinary professional consulting firm Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. (FTCH) is making the move to BST10.
The firm, which currently employs nearly 400 staff in eight offices throughout the United States, sought to replace its current, internal system with a robust enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that could effectively support its growing business.
“As we embarked on this evaluation process, we felt that the BST Global team was most in line with our firm in terms of culture, philosophy, and background,” said FTCH President Jim Susan. “Beyond that, the technical capabilities of the system matched our needs and requirements. Both of those facts were instrumental in our decision to select BST.”
By switching to BST10 Cloud, FTCH aims to leverage real-time data to improve financial management and help Project Managers better assess the status of their projects, says FTCH Senior Vice President and Principal Jeff Schumaker.
“As with any significant change like this, there are going to be challenges. But, working with the BST team has been really outstanding,” FTCH Controller Aaron Steele said. “We know they are committed to us and here to help walk through this process together.”
FTCH now joins an extensive group of architecture and engineering consultancies, like Maser Consulting and Matrix Solutions, Inc., that have partnered with BST Global for their ERP solution needs. To see even more firms that have made the switch to BST, visit our Clients page.
