He thinks Ramboll employees are enthusiastic yet cautious about AI — interested in pilot projects but concerned about the sustainability and ethics of AI practices. Jason also shares that clients are intrigued by AI’s potential and want to know more about the practical applications and data security. 

Overall, Jason believes that AI’s integration into the industry will significantly change business models, client relationships and the regulatory framework while also requiring new skills and critical thinking from professionals.
