BST Connect Premium, a subscription-based iPaaS solution that connects BST11 to TULLOCH’s third-party cloud server, helped the firm reduce manual data entry, achieve data synchronization in real time and establish a single source of truth across systems. This integration resulted in greater operational efficiency, less human error, and a scalable foundation for future automation and system integrations.

Beginning its ERP journey with BST Global in 2018, multidisciplinary consulting firm TULLOCH made great strides toward digital transformation in 2025 by upgrading to BST11 ERP and deploying BST Connect Premium. TULLOCH + BST Connect Premium™
Working together through the upgrade to BST11, BST Global and TULLOCH identified an area for improvement in the firm’s operations: TULLOCH’s use of a separate system for cloud-based project file sharing and deliverable management. Because the two systems were not connected, TULLOCH’s teams had to manually replicate BST11 project folder structures within the Nasuni platform.
Not having the ERP system connected to the firm’s existing data platform caused several inefficiencies for TULLOCH:
- Manual recreation of project folder structures was time-consuming, inconsistent and susceptible to human error
- Updates to project data in the ERP system were not immediately reflected on the internal server, resulting in inconsistent data across the business
- Project data in Nasuni was often organized differently from the project work breakdown structure (WBS) in BST11, making it difficult for project managers and others to locate the data they needed
With this realization, one of the goals for TULLOCH’s upgrade to BST11 and BST Connect Premium became streamlining data processes and building a single source of data truth. BST Connect presented itself as a key player in achieving this goal. Integrating BST Connect Premium with TULLOCH’s own user-facing application created a navigational link between Nasuni and BST11. Now, when a project is set up in BST11, the project data is automatically transferred to Nasuni in real time with a file structure that reflects the WBS in the ERP system.
This solution improved TULLOCH’s project operations in several areas:
- Creating a project in the ERP system generates a folder in Nasuni that’s standardized based on the project number and WBS hierarchy designated in BST11
- Webhook notifications trigger the firm’s automated data transfer process to update Nasuni in real time when updates are made in BST11
- Automated creation of project folder structures eliminates inconsistencies, saves time and lowers the risk of human error
Looking Ahead
Integrating BST Connect Premium with TULLOCH’s proprietary API and internal server enables staff using BST11 to work more efficiently and take advantage of process automations that reduce mistakes. As the firm continues to optimize project management operations with this solution, it also plans to leverage BST Connect to connect proposals and projects.
