ABOUT THE SESSION
Eighty percent of companies have deployed AI in at least one business function, but eighty percent of those companies still report no material contribution to EBIT from AI. A large contribution to this paradox in AEC firms is that AI is being applied sporadically instead of transforming the way work is delivered.
In this session, Daniel Ahmoye unpacks the critical elements AEC organizations need to get right in order to deliver value through AI. He discusses the opportunities and challenges, the shift toward hybrid human-agent teams and why roughly three-quarters of roles will need re-imagination in the future.
