How much does it cost to attend the AI Summit?

Who is attending this event?
This event is exclusively for AEC executives. You can expect roughly 300 leaders from the world's top AEC firms to be in attendance.
What if I'm not an AEC executive? Am I able to attend?

Can I bring a guest?
Guests 21 and older are welcome at AI Summit for an additional fee of $300.00, payable at registration. Each guest will receive a Guest Pass at check-in, giving them access to Tuesday’s Welcome Reception and Wednesday’s evening dinner event. Due to limited space, guests will not be admitted to AI Summit keynotes, presentations, panels or morning/afternoon meals.
What is the deadline for changing, transferring or cancelling my registration?
Registration changes and transfers will be honored until registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on October 30, 2026.
Cancellation requests will work as follows:
- Full Refund: Cancellations received by September 30, 2026
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations received between October 1 and November 2, 2026
- No Refund: Cancellations received on November 3 and beyond and no-shows
What should I pack for the AI Summit?
The dress code is business casual and/or resort chic. Consider packing slacks/khakis, dress shirts/blouses, open-collar or polo shirts, sport coats/blazers, etc. We advise packing a sweater or jacket for cooler conference rooms.
Is there a special conference rate for hotel reservations?
BST Global has reserved rooms at Eau Resort & Spa at a special conference rate of $525.00 per night (plus 12.5% applicable taxes). Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early to guarantee your hotel choice and discounted rate. You must be a registered attendee to reserve a room at the conference rate.
When is the deadline for making hotel reservations?
Hotel reservations must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on October 16, 2026, to secure the discounted rate.
