Brian Furr


Brian is BST Global’s Global Director of Sales Operations and Sales Engineering, and brings nearly 30 years of professional experience to his role. This includes nearly 20 years in software sales with global AEC firms. His focus at BST Global is driving revenue growth and operational excellence within the company’s Sales organization. He leverages vast sales experience and deep domain expertise to optimize sales processes, enhance productivity and maximize profitability.

Brian is responsible for building strong internal relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product Development, to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

In his dual role as Global Director of Sales Engineering, Brian and his team bring deep functional and technical expertise and a customer-centric approach to the sales process. He and his team work closely with Sales teams to understand customer requirements, articulate product value propositions, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of enterprise clients and drive growth for the company.

Brian joined BST Global in 2003 as a business consultant, later becoming the North America Regional Sales Director and then the Director of Strategic Development, where he helped lead international expansion and establishing regional hubs in Asia and Europe. Transitioning to Head of Global Sales, he was responsible for expanding BST Global’s client base both domestically and internationally.

Before joining BST Global, Brian worked at Deloitte as a management consultant focusing on ERP implementations for Fortune 500 companies. He also served as a senior project manager at Bank of America’s global investment bank. His career began in Wells Fargo’s System Analyst program. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
