Biography
As BST Global’s Director of Global Sales, William leads the company’s growth initiatives through strategic partnerships and targeted sales strategies. With more than two decades of experience in the AEC industry, William has excelled in a wide range of roles, including operations leadership, business development leadership, project management and environmental engineering.
Prior to joining BST Global in 2025, William held leadership positions at top AEC firms, including Hatch and AECOM, where he was instrumental in driving strategic growth in environmental services and overseeing client relationship development and sales. He also assisted in talent acquisition, provided M&A support, led strategic business line programs and mentored company leaders. Additionally, his professional background includes experience in the industrial environmental sector, operational leadership, and P&L management.
William is a licensed professional engineer in Arizona and holds a degree in chemical engineering. His diverse technical foundation includes remedial investigation, design and implementation, regulatory compliance, permitting, and community engagement.
