The BST10 implementation process begins with a planning session. This on-site meeting establishes the parameters of the project that will guide us throughout the entire implementation. Here, you will identify and build your internal project team and steering committee, who will work directly with our BST Global consultants. Then, we will work together to develop a tailored project plan for your organization.
The second stage in the BST10 implementation process is the Assessment Phase. During this stage, we conduct a series of workshops that focus on your organization’s current and future business operations. Then, we work with you to identify opportunities where the BST10 solution can be leveraged to enhance your internal processes (and integrate with your current solutions) for efficiency and consistency across the entire organization.
The third stage in the BST10 implementation process is the Configuration Phase. Using the results of the Assessment Phase, the BST Global team configures your company-wide database to match your unique operational requirements, including inputs, outputs, end user access, and workflow. For BST10 Work Management users, this is also when you will begin to see your new system integrations come to life.
The fourth stage in the BST10 implementation process is the Test Conversion Phase. Consider this your practice run for the final conversion from your legacy business system to BST10. During this phase, we work with your team to develop a repeatable and reconcilable process for the extraction, transformation, and loading of your existing data into BST10.
The fifth stage in the BST10 implementation process is the Validation Phase. In this stage, we will walk you through a series of structured business processes to confirm that your new database is configured to meet your business requirements. This helps ensure that your information will properly flow through your fully integrated processes in BST10.
The sixth stage in the BST10 implementation process is the Training Phase. We begin by tailoring training materials for your organization, and then delivering them to your team of internal trainers. From here, your internal trainers deliver the appropriate instruction to your various end-user groups. This method helps ensure that you are in the best position to deliver new-hire and refresher training to your staff in the future.
The final stage in the BST10 implementation process is the Deployment Phase. To ensure that there are no barriers to launch, we begin with a readiness assessment of your organization. Once approved, it’s time to close out your legacy system, extract your data, and load it into BST10. And then, we turn the system over to you! Throughout this go-live period, a team of BST Global employees will be on-site to support your organization as you perform key business processes like billing, revenue recognition, and month-end close.
