ABOUT THE SESSION
Everyone agrees that AI will transform the AEC industry. The real challenge is turning that vision into real business value. In this session, David Felker shares the playbook behind Trilon’s AI transformation. Beyond discussing high-level AI trends, David dives into the practical frameworks, operating model, process mapping methodology, team structure, governance and implementation approach Trilon is using to transform client-facing project delivery with AI. He shows how Trilon identifies high-value opportunities, prioritizes investments, organizes multidisciplinary teams and delivers production-ready solutions across three strategic initiatives: design automation, QA/QC and field intelligence. David also shares real examples, demonstrations, lessons learned and the decisions that shaped the journey.
This session provides a practical, behind-the-scenes look at how one engineering firm is operationalizing AI across project delivery, moving beyond strategy to the organizational, technical, and process changes required to achieve real business outcomes.
