Archana is Head of Enterprise Industries at AWS, driving partner go-to-market where the built world meets emerging technology — spanning data center and industrial construction, operations, facilities management, robotics, and supply chain. She builds joint industry solutions with AWS’s partner and startup ecosystems, tackling customers’ most demanding technical and operational challenges. Her work sits at the frontier of physical AI, connecting spatial and operational data to agentic AI to turn real-world environments into systems that can sense, decide and act.
Previously, at Matterport, Archana led global strategy and GTM operations for construction, real estate and manufacturing, guiding the evolution from 3D digital twins to dynamic physical AI applications. She draws on more than two decades of leadership, scaling analytics and digital product innovation across AEC and commercial real estate to advise AWS startups, private equity and strategic customers on transforming physical spaces into actionable intelligence. As an Executive Director at JLL Technologies, she ran the Global Business Intelligence and Analytics P&L across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC and spearheaded digital product innovation and M&A.
Archana holds a master’s in industrial engineering from the University of Arizona and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from India.
