Harry is Executive Director – Group Digital Futures at Aldar Properties PJSC and a recognized Australian global leader in digital and product transformation, with a proven track record of driving large-scale innovation across smart cities, AI, fintech, media, e-commerce and digital solutions. His expertise spans real estate, recruitment, media, automotive, fintech, education and retail, where he has led enterprise-wide modernization, AI-driven platforms and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
In his current role, Harry is shaping the digital landscape of one of the region’s leading real estate and smart city developers. He also leads AI-powered urban transformation, IoT infrastructure and enterprise-wide digital innovation.
Previously, as Group Chief Information Officer at FleetPartners Group Ltd, Harry spearheaded technology modernization, platform automation and AI-driven mobility solutions, transforming fleet management and fintech services. Prior to that, he held multiple leadership roles at SAI Global, NewsCorp, CareerOne, Monster Worldwide and David Jones, driving major digital and product transformations, AI integration and large-scale technology modernization across global industries.
