How much does it cost to attend PowerUp?
We offer several different pricing tiers, so it pays to register early! You can also save by registering as a group if you have three or more attendees.
Early-Bird Pricing*
Single: $2,150
Group (3 or more): $1,950 per person

Standard Pricing*
Single: $2,350

Can I bring a guest?
Yes. All guests must be 21 or older, registered and paid in full prior to the registration deadline. No cash will be accepted on site. Registered guests may attend the welcome reception on Monday and the client cocktail hour and dinner on Wednesday. Guests will not be admitted to conference keynotes, breakout sessions, forums or labs. The fee for guests is $300.00.
What is the deadline for changing or canceling registrations?
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be processed on or before Friday, October 24, 2025. Cancellations after this date will be refunded 50% of registration fees paid for the canceling attendee. All registration modifications must be processed on or before Friday, November 7, 2025.
Is there a dress code for the PowerUp Users Conference?
Yes, the dress code is business casual and/or resort chic. Consider packing items like slacks/khakis, dress shirts/blouses, open-collar or polo shirts, sport coats/blazers, etc. We advise packing a sweater or jacket for cooler conference rooms.
Is there a conference rate for hotel reservations?
Yes. For PowerUp attendees and guests, BST Global has secured rooms at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island at a special group rate of $369.00 per night, (plus a $30.00 daily resort fee and 12% hotel taxes) for a standard room. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early to guarantee your hotel choice and discounted rate. You must be a registered attendee to reserve a room at the secured conference rate.
What does the resort fee include?
The resort fee includes:
- 24-hour access to the Wellness Center
- One fitness class per day for up to two guests
- Local, toll-free and domestic long-distance calls
- Wireless internet access for up to five devices
- Use of practice facilities and one bag of range balls at the Golf Club of Amelia Island
- Tennis court privileges, including racket and balls, for one hour
- Complimentary rentals, based on availability:
- Up to two bicycles per room for two hours
- One beach umbrella and two beach chairs per room per day
- One beach boogie board per room per day
When is the deadline for making a hotel reservation?
If you wish to stay at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, your reservation must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, to qualify for our conference discount. Reservations received after this date, or after the group block sells out prior to this date, will be fulfilled on a space- and rate-available basis.
Is there ground transportation available?
Ride-share and taxi services are encouraged from the airport to the resort. However, due to the resort’s island location, these services can be unreliable when leaving. We have secured a shuttle service from the resort to the airport on Thursday, November 13, that conference attendees can use for $30/traveler. We highly encourage taking advantage of this service to ensure timely transportation to the airport. You can add this option to your conference ticket during the registration process.
Can CPE credits be earned for sessions attended at PowerUp?
Yes, select PowerUp sessions qualify for Continuing Professional Education credits. These sessions are developed and prepared in accordance with the standards, requirements and guidelines set by NASBA.
When will I receive my CPE Certificate?
All participants who sign into and attend the full 50-minute NASBA-eligible session(s) will receive a certificate of their participation after the conference. The certificate will be sent via email within three weeks of conference close.
