SoftwareReviews, a subsidiary of Info-Tech Research Group, awarded BST Global the designation of “Champion” in its lineup of 2023 Enterprise Resource Planning - Midmarket Emotional Footprint award winners. We also received “Top Rated” rankings in the Service Experience and Conflict Resolution categories.

To determine these rankings, BST Global clients were surveyed about several aspects of our partnership, including features of the product and its importance to professional success, quality of our customer service, strategy and innovation, emotional footprint, and more.

The Net Emotional Footprint score aggregates emotional response ratings across 25 thoughtful questions, and represents how users feel about the software based on their experience with BST Global. In the report, BST Global’s ERP offering outranked Deltek Costpoint and Vantagepoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite ERP, SAP Business ByDesign and others in emotional footprint score.
