Manager, Product Marketing

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

The Manager of Product Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for BST Global’s product portfolio. This role involves understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to create compelling messaging and campaigns that drive product demand and adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing products.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, client management and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Create and manage product marketing plans, including go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, demand, and adoption.
  • Manage the creation of product-related content for digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and multimedia content.

Education or Prior Work Experience

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in marketing operations, analytics, or project management.
  • Or any equivalent combination of related training/education and experience.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role. This job operates in a professional office environment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and laptop computers, phones, etc. On Mondays and Fridays, the Global Marketing team typically works remotely.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Position may require remote work across different time zones.
