Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the tools, data, automation, and integrations necessary for the marketing team to function efficiently. This position is responsible for marketing analytics, CRM management, project management, and ensuring seamless integration of marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to optimize marketing processes and performance.

Essential Functions

Marketing Operations Management:

  • Oversee the tools, data, automation, and integrations for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with other systems and teams.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation systems and CRM integrations.
  • Assist with database management and data governance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement marketing operations frameworks, templates, and processes to support planning and execution.
  • Work with MarTech providers to integrate and implement new technologies into existing frameworks.

 

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Build data visualizations and manage dashboards to demonstrate ROI and the success of marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Track and optimize marketing performance metrics to drive growth.
  • Provide actionable insights into marketing campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Measure and manage BST Global’s SEO strategy efforts.

 

Project Management:

  • Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure projects align with marketing strategies and goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

 

CRM Management:

  • Oversee CRM management, ensuring data accuracy and effective use of the system for marketing activities.
  • Ensure proper integration of CRM with other marketing and sales tools.
  • Optimize CRM workflows and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strong experience in CRM management and marketing automation systems.
  • Solid understanding of data governance and database management.
  • Expertise in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with emphasis on leadership, relationship development, and project management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional groups and manage projects effectively to completion.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Education or Prior Work Experience

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in marketing operations, analytics, or project management.
  • Or any equivalent combination of related training/education and experience.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role. This job operates in a professional office environment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and laptop computers, phones, etc. On Mondays and Fridays, the Global Marketing team typically works remotely.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Position may require remote work across different time zones.
