Train the Trainer
BST Global deploys a Train the Trainer method so your team is equipped to facilitate end-user training in-house. Once the designated team members have successfully completed our Train the Trainer program, these “Firm Trainers” can deliver the appropriate instruction to your various end-user groups. This ensures that you are in the best position to deliver new-hire and refresher training to your staff in the future.
Introduction & Ongoing Support
As we introduce the ERP system into the production environment and your team starts using it, our Implementation team will support as needed to ensure a successful go-live. This same team will provide additional training and support services for initial and second-month billing processes and month-end activities for initial system stabilization. From there, our Support team will be in place to facilitate on-going support as needed.
