Our 7-Step Implementation Approach

We’ve optimized our seven-step implementation process by leveraging the direct feedback of our global architectural and engineering clients.

First, we’ll meet with you and work together to develop a project plan, validate the technical infrastructure and establish the project’s governance.

Next, we’ll conduct assessment sessions focused on your current and future business operations. This informs final configuration decisions to best fit your organization’s needs.

We help coordinate data mapping to prepare your team for extracting data into BST11 ERP’s format; then, we will load and validate your data with a data check before final conversion.

We use your real data in the test phase, piloting the configured system, running through key operational and billing processes, and refining the system as needed.

We deploy a Train the Trainer method, so your team is equipped to facilitate end-user training in-house. This ensures that you are in the best position to deliver new-hire and refresher training.

At this point, we assess your organization’s go-live readiness, close the final period in your legacy system and deploy your BST Global solution, supporting you through project closure.

In the final phase of implementation, we work with you through a period of initial stabilization, providing initial support of billing, revenue recognition and first month–end close for your operations.
