Since 1990, EFCG has hosted its annual legacy CEO Conference, bringing together executive leaders from across the AEC space to engage on the industry’s biggest challenges. 

EFCG is back in-person with its 32nd Annual CEO Conference. Finally, with a chance to reconnect one-on-one with peers, this event will bring together CEOs and COOs from across the AEC industry to network, reflect and problem-solve on key issues in the space. This year’s event will welcome industry leaders and outside speakers to discuss pertinent topics such as the evolution of M&A and valuations, energy’s impact on the future of infrastructure, taking the lead with tech, fortifying your bottom line with ESG goals, and becoming the leader that inspires a workforce. EFCG will also present data from its latest annual CEO survey with insights from its 30+ years of proprietary industry data. AEC industry leaders will then share their reactions to the trends and lessons that will help make more of their firm’s future.  

On Tuesday, September 28, BST Global Director of Knowledge Management Hank Tran will host a breakout session titled “How AI + Big Data Will Transform the AEC Industry” from 6:00–6:30 p.m. ET (4:00–4:30 p.m. MT). BST Global Chief Executive Officer Javier A. Baldor will join a panel to discuss “Taking the Lead With Technology” on Wednesday, September 29, from 4:00–4:45 p.m. ET (2:00–2:45 p.m. MT).
