Delmar Warnock

Delmar Warnock serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at BST Global. As a member of the Executive Management team, he provides operational and financial leadership while contributing to the company’s vision, culture and strategy.

Delmar joined BST Global in 2000 as Head of International Business Development, driving expansion in Australasia, the United Kingdom and South Africa. In 2003, he was promoted to Director of Solutions Delivery, leading global solutions delivery for several years.

Prior to BST Global, Delmar held client relationship and delivery roles at JD Edwards (1998–2000), a global ERP provider formerly headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Earlier, he served in financial, technology and operations leadership positions at LawGibb (1990–1998), a major international engineering and environmental consultancy formerly headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

Delmar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, and is a CPA (inactive).
