Biography
Denise is BST Global’s Director of Global Human Resources, responsible for leading the Human Resources department in compliance, employee relations and recruitment.
Since joining BST Global in 2015 as the Manager of Human Resources, Denise has gained extensive knowledge of HR management in the software industry. Previously, she held various roles in the medical and financial industries, as well as the Department of Corrections, guiding management teams on performance, recruitment and employee relations. During her career, Denise has been fortunate to learn from industry leaders and work with attorneys to strengthen her legal knowledge.
Denise has a passion for bringing the right people together to enhance BST Global’s culture. She strongly believes that hiring and keeping great employees has been essential to the company’s success since its founding more than 50 years ago. Her goal is to foster a positive company culture where employees can grow, bring value and feel empowered in their roles.
Denise holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University and is a lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida.
