Biography
Liana is BST Global’s Chief Administration Officer, and a Principal Shareholder of BST Global. In this role, Liana leads a team of professionals who oversee all aspects of Human Resources, Training & Development, benefits, billing, and front office support. Liana also serves as a guide across the organization, helping employees in any way that she can.
Liana formally joined BST Global in 1986, and has held a variety of roles throughout her tenure. However, she also worked behind the scenes for many years prior, assisting BST Global’s Founder Carlos A. Baldor Sr. in starting and securing the business for future growth.
Today, with the steadfast support of fellow senior leadership and committed professionals globally, BST Global operates across an international network of offices and has clients leveraging BST Global’s solutions in 65 countries on six continents.
Everyone has put their minds to it in many ways, as a family. And I’m very proud of it. Everyone has a story. You see a person, and that person has a story. And I’m always tuned to their story.
