As Team Manager of Technical Services, Justin leads a team of developers that provide custom solutions for BST Global. Justin joined BST Global in 2011 and has 20+ years of experience in the technology industry with a focus on building software. Additionally, he has worked with numerous clients to design and develop custom solutions that increase productivity. His leadership streamlines the process from design to implementation for a seamless transition for clients.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Management Information Systems degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

Jorge Cano

Jorge Cano has 30 years of experience in IT, with a background in software engineering. He has extensive experience in software design and development for Windows, Linux, IoT and web applications, database design and implementation in relational databases management system (RDBMS), including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, data analysis and data warehouse design. He also specializes in data integration and transformation projects. Jorge joined Carollo as the Applications Lead, in charge of software design and development, and has since moved to Service Strategy Manager where he interacts with different areas of the business to assess and propose solutions for IT-related projects.
