The Data Side of AI

In nearly 20 years with BST Global, Nick has worked his way from Application Technical Support, through various roles in Product Development, utilizing T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS, and ultimately into his current role as a key member of the Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (AIA) team.

As a Data Product Engineer, Nick enjoys digesting business requirements, deep diving into the data, and working with data scientists and product owners to deliver data-driven business analytics solutions through AI, big data, and machine learning. Providing the end user with first-class predictive business intelligence (BI) and analytical insights is what motivates this data nerd on a daily basis.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he also played basketball.
