He spearheaded Canada’s first sovereign AI infrastructure, the TELUS Sovereign AI Factory, ranked among the world’s fastest supercomputers, delivering it from concept to operational in just nine months.
An influential voice on sovereign AI and digital independence, Chris speaks regularly at industry forums, government and international events on how nations can build AI capabilities without foreign dependencies while maintaining cutting-edge performance and sustainability.
