Summer is the Senior Vice President of Data and AI at Worley. She leads the development of AI, analytics, data platforms, and data governance practices to create value for Worley and its customers.
With 20 years of experience in AI, machine learning and data science, Summer has overseen numerous innovative projects that utilize these technologies to provide advanced solutions. Her efforts have significantly advanced Worley’s capabilities in AI. Additionally, she chairs Worley’s Responsible AI Council.
Summer earned her PhD in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Rice University and began her career in scientific consulting within the defense industry. During this time, she received a certificate of recognition for her outstanding contributions to the US Navy ALMDS program. She then transitioned to the HR and staffing sector as a senior data scientist before moving into data leadership and corporate strategy roles, where she revolutionized the implementation of innovative data solutions.
