His work includes advanced infrastructure analytics, hydraulic planning, machine learning, data centralization and automated workflows. He has played a key role in developing the City of Houston’s Advanced Infrastructure Analytics Platform and Living Infrastructure Plan, helping integrate complex datasets and automate planning processes to support long-term wastewater system decisions.
Will holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Quantic School of Business and Technology and dual bachelor’s degrees from Lehigh University. He is also an active industry presenter and volunteers with local water quality and community organizations in Houston.
