Canadian Architecture Firm DIALOG Selects BST10

Press Release
05 Mar, 2019

05 March 2019 – DIALOG, a leading design practice with studios in San Francisco, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto, Canada, has selected BST10 as its new enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solution.

During their search for a new ERP system, the firm, which currently employs more than 700 people across North America, sought a business management tool that was both AEC industry-specific and project management focused, while still supporting their financial accounting processes.

More specifically, DIALOG desired a user-friendly solution that would enable their project managers to have more visibility into the progress of their projects, said DIALOG Director of Financial Operations Mark Alenius.

“With its dynamic dashboards and various configuration opportunities, BST10 will really enhance our project managers’ ability to see information in a way that suits their particular needs,” Alenius said.

Beyond that, Alenius said that the integration of resource planning and project budgeting within BST10 will help DIALOG manage their workforce and projects more effectively.

DIALOG joins an extensive group or architecture and engineering consultancies, like Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Hubber, Inc. (FTCH) and Maser Consulting, that have partnered with BST Global for their ERP and business management software needs.
