Support Lounge/Open Lab

Michael is a Senior Application Product Specialist on the Client Support team, acquiring 20+ years of product knowledge since joining BST Global in 2003. He works closely with end users and different BST teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions. In addition to the core applications, Michael has helped support many integrations and customizations, including SSR/analytics, BST Insights, Concur and more. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida, where he also studied Accounting.

Andrew, the Manager of BST Global's Support team, joined BST Global in 2011. He worked as a Support Representative, Business Consultant, Technical Project Manager and FAM team Project Manager before taking on his current role.

During his time at BST Global, Andrew has helped numerous clients on BST8, implemented and trained clients on BST10 and BST11, managed client customizations and finance-related projects, and currently leads the Support team.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

A Specialist on BST Global's Solutions Delivery team since 2011, Suraj is responsible for providing critical subject matter expertise to optimize quality and consistency across a broad portfolio of implementations, work orders and module rollouts. He has successfully converted and migrated various complex multi-company and multi-currency legacy systems onto the BST8 and BST10 platforms, directly impacting operational efficiency and data integrity for clients.

Suraj holds a dual MBA and MS of Entrepreneurship in Applied Sciences from the University of South Florida.
