ABOUT THE SESSION
With the rise of generative AI, big data, ChatGPT and more, firms are introducing new digital offerings and solutions that don’t necessarily align with the long-established time-and-materials business models. The AEC industry is ripe to challenge this notion and create new business models that are value-driven and reward the creative application of AI usage and the industry at large.
Industry-leading panelists discussed how traditional business models will be upended and explored new ideas for the future of the industry.
This panel covered a variety of topics, including:
- The challenges and opportunities of existing vs. emerging business models
- The future scale and impact of new business models (proposals, contracting, project delivery, employee and client experiences, etc.)
- How to prepare and activate these concepts in your business
- And so much more
Eileen and Javier moderated this panel.
