As BST Global’s Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Services, Steve is responsible for the internal information systems and related infrastructure at BST Global, and leads all infrastructure and security initiatives for BST Cloud.
Steve has advanced knowledge in infrastructure design as it relates to ERP applications and network configuration, and he works with BST Global clients and prospects worldwide to ensure their IT infrastructure running the BST Global product suite performs well and is highly available. Steve also conducts technical planning sessions that include infrastructure recommendations, backup and disaster recovery planning, remote access design, and application and network performance reviews.
Prior to joining BST Global, from 1997 to 2005, Steve worked as the Information Technology Director and IT Security Director for Danka Office Imaging, a 20,000-person global office automation company. Prior to Danka, Steve worked as an engineer at Raytheon Systems on multiple government contracts and has several years of business process experience in a project-centric environment.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

Barry is BST Global’s Product Director of Platform and Integration, responsible for the vision, strategy and roadmap of the BST Global’s software platform, architecture and technologies that enable clients to seamlessly tailor, integrate and automate business processes in concert with the BST Global suite of products.
Barry joined BST Global in 2005 to lead the vision and strategy for the BST Global SDK, and in 2008, he was promoted to Director of the Platform and Tools product line to drive the roadmap and work with clients to champion business-process integration, value, and best-practice. From 2012 through 2020, Barry also served as the Director of Software Engineering, leading a team of world-class engineers to innovate and deliver the BST Global product portfolio.
Prior to joining BST Global, Barry worked as Director of Application Development for WellCare Health Plans, a 14,000-person health insurance company for Medicare and Medicaid. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Consultant and the Manager of Solution Services at Software Architects, where he defined and led the technical strategy, enterprise architecture and implementation methodologies to automate, accelerate and streamline business processes for Fortune 1000 companies.
Barry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida.

John joined BST Global in 2001 and has spearheaded the design, launch and ongoing evolution of several products spanning opportunity management, project planning, resource management, mobile timesheets and earned value management.
Prior to joining BST Global, John was with Deloitte Consulting, focusing on business and technology needs of large construction projects. He also spent time in New York City, designing knowledge management solutions for architecture and engineering firms.
John is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, and a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania.

Hank joined BST Global in early 2019 and has 30+ years of extensive experience in building large-scale distributed systems and analytics solutions, IT consulting, SaaS software delivery, systems merger and acquisition, modeling and simulation, business process improvement, and client management spanning multiple industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Department of Defense, Transportation and Telecommunications.
Prior to joining BST Global, Hank successfully led a $3.9B system merger and acquisition, delivered $100M in consulting and software development engagements, implemented process and data governance for a U.S. interdealer broker and provider of $2.3T in daily trading services, and secured $250M in investment by delivering real-time predictive analytic software.
Hank has held various leadership roles such as Chief Architect, Trusted Advisor and Managing Director at IBM, Motorola, Unisys, AT&T, Perot Systems and Dell.

Debbie is BST Global’s Chief Product Officer, and a member of the BST Global Executive Management team. In her role, Debbie sets product vision and strategy for all BST Global software products worldwide. She leads a team of product directors and user interaction designers who are dedicated to delivering the most meaningful and effortless software experience possible.
Debbie also sets the vision and timing of all BST Global product releases to ensure that the release roadmap aligns with current business strategies and client and market demands, as well as delivers high-quality and timely product releases.
Debbie joined BST Global in 1999 as Head of the Americas Client Support Group, and in 2007, she was named Business Line Director of Finance and Accounting Management. In 2009, Debbie assumed her dual role as Director of Release Management, where she has played a significant role in shaping and leading the release program for all BST Global software products worldwide. In 2017, Debbie was named Chief Product Officer, which further broadened her area of leadership to include the product management, user-experience design, and project and release management.
Prior to joining BST Global, Debbie worked for Environmental Science & Engineering, a 3,000-person environmental and engineering consultancy, from 1988 to 1999 in a number of financial roles, culminating in her role as Corporate Controller.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and an MBA from St. Leo University in St. Leo, Florida.

Prior to joining BST Global, Alison was the Controller for 10 years at Matrix Solutions in Calgary, Canada, where she was responsible for all accounting functions. She was integral in Matrix’s 2007 implementation of BST8, and in the Early Adopter Program for BST10 in 2014. She has led implementations for process improvements, module rollouts and system upgrades in her roles.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge in Lethbridge, Alberta. She also holds Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Chris has been a key member of the teams who designed, built and delivered three generations of the BST Global product suite. She began her BST Global career in 1995 as part of Product Support for the MIS product. Her skills were soon leveraged to provide design, QA and support expertise for BST Global’s first relational database product. Her experience and knowledge naturally advanced her to the core teams responsible for evolving both BST8 and BST10.
In 2001, Chris was named Product Manager of Billing & Reporting, and was heavily involved in converting clients to BST8. Her specialties are report writing, billing, ETL and dashboards, and she is known as a subject matter expert for the overall data and data integrity within BST Global. For the past 13 years, Chris' focus has been on the Business Intelligence product line, maturing the BST8 management- and performance-portals platforms, overseeing the products, converting our clients to BST10 and bringing to life BST10 Information Delivery featuring inquiry, dashboard and reporting functionality. The past few years Chris' data knowledge has led her to focus on the new and exciting Machine Learning aspects of BST Global's business.
Prior to joining BST Global, Chris worked for Environmental Consulting and Technology, Inc. and Tower Environmental (both BST Global clients) in various roles spanning accounting and billing as well as systems administration.

In nearly 20 years with BST Global, Nick has worked his way from Application Technical Support, through various roles in Product Development, utilizing T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS, and ultimately into his current role as a key member of the Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (AI+A) team.
As a Data Product Engineer, Nick enjoys digesting business requirements, deep diving into the data, and working with data scientists and product owners to deliver data-driven business analytics solutions through AI, Big Data, and machine learning. Providing the end user with first-class predictive business intelligence (BI) and analytical insights is what motivates this data nerd on a daily basis.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he also played basketball.

Jason manages the Business Services team at BST Global, a group of consultants aimed at delivering high-quality business solutions for clients across multiple platforms and products. Jason joined BST Global in 2004, and has worked across a variety of roles focused primarily on Project Delivery.
Jason has led numerous software implementations of all BST Global platforms around the world. As a Consultant, this included business process assessment, configuration design, data migration and training. As a Project Manager, this included project planning and scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, budget control and client relationship management. Projects varied in scope from small training efforts all the way up to large-scale acquisition implementations.
As Business Services Manager, Jason supports a group of consultants working across the globe to implement various solutions with our clients. This includes planning and coordination, ongoing support and oversight, process improvement, and overall quality maintenance to help the team deliver successful results for all of our clients.

Evelyn joined BST Global in 2006, bringing her engineering expertise to the company, where she could advise and relate to clients as Director of Client Support. She went on to lead the Global Support team before transitioning to Training and Talent Management, shaping the next generation of industry professionals.
Before joining BST Global, Evelyn built a strong foundation in analytical and operational excellence. Her career began in the aviation industry as a load planner for a major U.S.-based airline, specializing in Boeing and Airbus aircraft. She advanced to flight planner for the U.S. Southeast market, refining her analytical and logistical expertise. She then applied these skills to the engineering industry at an ENR Top 100 design firm, leading teams focused on project systems and contract management in civil, environmental and multi-disciplinary engineering.
A native New Yorker, Evelyn holds a certification in actuarial science from the City College of New York. As a strategic leader, she leverages her deep industry knowledge and relationship-driven approach to propel business growth, enhance engagement and position BST Global for continued success.

Barry is BST Global’s Product Director of Platform and Integration, responsible for the vision, strategy and roadmap of the BST Global’s software platform, architecture and technologies that enable clients to seamlessly tailor, integrate and automate business processes in concert with the BST Global suite of products.
Barry joined BST Global in 2005 to lead the vision and strategy for the BST Global SDK, and in 2008, he was promoted to Director of the Platform and Tools product line to drive the roadmap and work with clients to champion business-process integration, value, and best-practice. From 2012 through 2020, Barry also served as the Director of Software Engineering, leading a team of world-class engineers to innovate and deliver the BST Global product portfolio.
Prior to joining BST Global, Barry worked as Director of Application Development for WellCare Health Plans, a 14,000-person health insurance company for Medicare and Medicaid. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Consultant and the Manager of Solution Services at Software Architects, where he defined and led the technical strategy, enterprise architecture and implementation methodologies to automate, accelerate and streamline business processes for Fortune 1000 companies.
Barry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida.

She focuses on collaboration between BST Global users and establishes partnerships to deliver successful product enhancements.
Alexis joined BST Global in 2011 with previous BST Global finance-related experience in the engineering industry. Since 2013, Alexis has led several hands-on billing and VIR labs at previous conferences, and over the past several years, she has presented the BST Global State of the Union and key BST Global Finance & Accounting initiatives at several regional user group meetings in the U.S. and Canada.

Debbie is BST Global’s Chief Product Officer, and a member of the BST Global Executive Management team. In her role, Debbie sets product vision and strategy for all BST Global software products worldwide. She leads a team of product directors and user interaction designers who are dedicated to delivering the most meaningful and effortless software experience possible.
Debbie also sets the vision and timing of all BST Global product releases to ensure that the release roadmap aligns with current business strategies and client and market demands, as well as delivers high-quality and timely product releases.
Debbie joined BST Global in 1999 as Head of the Americas Client Support Group, and in 2007, she was named Business Line Director of Finance and Accounting Management. In 2009, Debbie assumed her dual role as Director of Release Management, where she has played a significant role in shaping and leading the release program for all BST Global software products worldwide. In 2017, Debbie was named Chief Product Officer, which further broadened her area of leadership to include the product management, user-experience design, and project and release management.
Prior to joining BST Global, Debbie worked for Environmental Science & Engineering, a 3,000-person environmental and engineering consultancy, from 1988 to 1999 in a number of financial roles, culminating in her role as Corporate Controller.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and an MBA from St. Leo University in St. Leo, Florida.

Chris has been a key member of the teams who designed, built and delivered three generations of the BST Global product suite. She began her BST Global career in 1995 as part of Product Support for the MIS product. Her skills were soon leveraged to provide design, QA and support expertise for BST Global’s first relational database product. Her experience and knowledge naturally advanced her to the core teams responsible for evolving both BST8 and BST10.
In 2001, Chris was named Product Manager of Billing & Reporting, and was heavily involved in converting clients to BST8. Her specialties are report writing, billing, ETL and dashboards, and she is known as a subject matter expert for the overall data and data integrity within BST Global. For the past 13 years, Chris' focus has been on the Business Intelligence product line, maturing the BST8 management- and performance-portals platforms, overseeing the products, converting our clients to BST10 and bringing to life BST10 Information Delivery featuring inquiry, dashboard and reporting functionality. The past few years Chris' data knowledge has led her to focus on the new and exciting Machine Learning aspects of BST Global's business.
Prior to joining BST Global, Chris worked for Environmental Consulting and Technology, Inc. and Tower Environmental (both BST Global clients) in various roles spanning accounting and billing as well as systems administration.

In nearly 20 years with BST Global, Nick has worked his way from Application Technical Support, through various roles in Product Development, utilizing T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS, and ultimately into his current role as a key member of the Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (AI+A) team.
As a Data Product Engineer, Nick enjoys digesting business requirements, deep diving into the data, and working with data scientists and product owners to deliver data-driven business analytics solutions through AI, Big Data, and machine learning. Providing the end user with first-class predictive business intelligence (BI) and analytical insights is what motivates this data nerd on a daily basis.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he also played basketball.

As Global Controller at BST Global, Alison is responsible for all global accounting including financial reporting, tax, payroll and treasury. Additionally, she's stepped in to assist as a Product Manager for the FAM team. Since joining BST Global in 2016, Alison has lent her unique experience to consulting and assisting clients, developing new modules and testing new functionality in both BST8 and BST10.
Prior to joining BST Global, Alison was the Controller for 10 years at Matrix Solutions in Calgary, Canada, where she was responsible for all accounting functions. She was integral in Matrix’s 2007 implementation of BST8, and in the Early Adopter Program for BST10 in 2014. She has led implementations for process improvements, module rollouts and system upgrades in her roles.

Carlos Jr. serves as the President, Chief Technology Officer and a Principal Shareholder of BST Global. In addition to helping drive the company’s business strategy execution, Carlos Jr. also focuses on mentoring and coaching the next level of BST Global’s future leadership. Carlos Jr. also works closely with the Operations and Product Delivery teams as a continuation of his responsibilities as Vice President.
Carlos Jr. joined BST Global in 1988 as part of the Documentation team, and in 1990, he became a member of the Design team for BST RDBMIS. In 1993, he was named Manager of the Training and Support teams. From 1997 to 2005, Carlos Jr. was the Manager of the Product Development team — when BST Enterprise was designed, developed and brought to market. In 2005, he was named the Director of Design and was involved in new product development. In 2016, Carlos Jr. was appointed Vice President, overseeing the Operations and Product Delivery teams to ensure they were supported to achieve their goals, and produce the most meaningful products possible. Carlos Jr. was appointed to President in 2020, and Chief Technology Officer in 2021.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida.

Hank joined BST Global in early 2019 and has 30+ years of extensive experience in building large-scale distributed systems and analytics solutions, IT consulting, SaaS software delivery, systems merger and acquisition, modeling and simulation, business process improvement, and client management spanning multiple industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Department of Defense, Transportation and Telecommunications.
Prior to joining BST Global, Hank successfully led a $3.9B system merger and acquisition, delivered $100M in consulting and software development engagements, implemented process and data governance for a U.S. interdealer broker and provider of $2.3T in daily trading services, and secured $250M in investment by delivering real-time predictive analytic software.
Hank has held various leadership roles such as Chief Architect, Trusted Advisor and Managing Director at IBM, Motorola, Unisys, AT&T, Perot Systems and Dell.

In her role, Debbie sets product vision and strategy for all BST Global software products worldwide. She leads a team of product directors and user interaction designers who are dedicated to delivering the most meaningful and effortless software experience possible.
Debbie also sets the vision and timing of all BST Global product releases to ensure that the release roadmap aligns with current business strategies and client and market demands, as well as delivers high-quality and timely product releases.
Debbie joined BST Global in 1999 as Head of the Americas Client Support Group, and in 2007, she was named Business Line Director of Finance and Accounting Management. In 2009, Debbie assumed her dual role as Director of Release Management, where she has played a significant role in shaping and leading the release program for all BST Global software products worldwide. In 2017, Debbie was named Chief Product Officer, which further broadened her area of leadership to include the product management, user-experience design, and project and release management.
Prior to joining BST Global, Debbie worked for Environmental Science & Engineering, a 3,000-person environmental and engineering consultancy, from 1988 to 1999 in a number of financial roles, culminating in her role as Corporate Controller.

John joined BST Global in 2001 and has spearheaded the design, launch and ongoing evolution of several products spanning opportunity management, project planning, resource management, mobile timesheets and earned value management.
Prior to joining BST Global, John was with Deloitte Consulting, focusing on business and technology needs of large construction projects. He also spent time in New York City, designing knowledge management solutions for architecture and engineering firms.
John is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, and a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania.

She focuses on collaboration between BST Global users and establishes partnerships to deliver successful product enhancements.
Alexis joined BST Global in 2011 with previous BST Global finance-related experience in the engineering industry. Since 2013, Alexis has led several hands-on billing and VIR labs at previous conferences, and over the past several years, she has presented the BST Global State of the Union and key BST Global Finance & Accounting initiatives at several regional user group meetings in the U.S. and Canada.

Steve also conducts technical planning sessions that include infrastructure recommendations, backup and disaster recovery planning, remote access design, and application and network performance reviews.
Prior to joining BST Global, from 1997 to 2005, Steve worked as the Information Technology Director and IT Security Director for Danka Office Imaging, a 20,000-person global office automation company. Prior to Danka, Steve worked as an engineer at Raytheon Systems on multiple government contracts and has several years of business process experience in a project-centric environment.

Chris has been a key member of the teams who designed, built and delivered three generations of the BST Global product suite. She began her BST Global career in 1995 as part of Product Support for the MIS product. Her skills were soon leveraged to provide design, QA and support expertise for BST Global’s first relational database product. Her experience and knowledge naturally advanced her to the core teams responsible for evolving both BST8 and BST10.
In 2001, Chris was named Product Manager of Billing & Reporting, and was heavily involved in converting clients to BST8. Her specialties are report writing, billing, ETL and dashboards, and she is known as a subject matter expert for the overall data and data integrity within BST Global. For the past 13 years, Chris' focus has been on the Business Intelligence product line, maturing the BST8 management- and performance-portals platforms, overseeing the products, converting our clients to BST10 and bringing to life BST10 Information Delivery featuring inquiry, dashboard and reporting functionality. The past few years Chris' data knowledge has led her to focus on the new and exciting Machine Learning aspects of BST Global's business.

Barry is BST Global’s Product Director of Platform and Integration, responsible for the vision, strategy and roadmap of the BST Global’s software platform, architecture and technologies that enable clients to seamlessly tailor, integrate and automate business processes in concert with the BST Global suite of products.
Barry joined BST Global in 2005 to lead the vision and strategy for the BST Global SDK, and in 2008, he was promoted to Director of the Platform and Tools product line to drive the roadmap and work with clients to champion business-process integration, value, and best-practice. From 2012 through 2020, Barry also served as the Director of Software Engineering, leading a team of world-class engineers to innovate and deliver the BST Global product portfolio.
Prior to joining BST Global, Barry worked as Director of Application Development for WellCare Health Plans, a 14,000-person health insurance company for Medicare and Medicaid. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Consultant and the Manager of Solution Services at Software Architects, where he defined and led the technical strategy, enterprise architecture and implementation methodologies to automate, accelerate and streamline business processes for Fortune 1000 companies.

As Global Controller at BST Global, Alison is responsible for all global accounting including financial reporting, tax, payroll and treasury. Additionally, she's stepped in to assist as a Product Manager for the FAM team. Since joining BST Global in 2016, Alison has lent her unique experience to consulting and assisting clients, developing new modules and testing new functionality in both BST8 and BST10.
Prior to joining BST Global, Alison was the Controller for 10 years at Matrix Solutions in Calgary, Canada, where she was responsible for all accounting functions. She was integral in Matrix’s 2007 implementation of BST8, and in the Early Adopter Program for BST10 in 2014. She has led implementations for process improvements, module rollouts and system upgrades in her roles.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge in Lethbridge, Alberta. She also holds Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Andrew, the Manager of BST Global's Support team, joined BST Global in 2011. He worked as a Support Representative, Business Consultant, Technical Project Manager and FAM team Project Manager before taking on his current role.
During his time at BST Global, Andrew has helped numerous clients on BST8, implemented and trained clients on BST10 and BST11, managed client customizations and finance-related projects, and currently leads the Support team.

Hank joined BST Global in early 2019 and has 30+ years of extensive experience in building large-scale distributed systems and analytics solutions, IT consulting, SaaS software delivery, systems merger and acquisition, modeling and simulation, business process improvement, and client management spanning multiple industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Department of Defense, Transportation and Telecommunications.
Prior to joining BST Global, Hank successfully led a $3.9B system merger and acquisition, delivered $100M in consulting and software development engagements, implemented process and data governance for a U.S. interdealer broker and provider of $2.3T in daily trading services, and secured $250M in investment by delivering real-time predictive analytic software.
Hank has held various leadership roles such as Chief Architect, Trusted Advisor and Managing Director at IBM, Motorola, Unisys, AT&T, Perot Systems and Dell.

Carlos Jr. serves as the President, Chief Technology Officer and a Principal Shareholder of BST Global. In addition to helping drive the company’s business strategy execution, Carlos Jr. also focuses on mentoring and coaching the next level of BST Global’s future leadership. Carlos Jr. also works closely with the Operations and Product Delivery teams as a continuation of his responsibilities as Vice President.
Carlos Jr. joined BST Global in 1988 as part of the Documentation team, and in 1990, he became a member of the Design team for BST RDBMIS. In 1993, he was named Manager of the Training and Support teams. From 1997 to 2005, Carlos Jr. was the Manager of the Product Development team — when BST Enterprise was designed, developed and brought to market. In 2005, he was named the Director of Design and was involved in new product development. In 2016, Carlos Jr. was appointed Vice President, overseeing the Operations and Product Delivery teams to ensure they were supported to achieve their goals, and produce the most meaningful products possible. Carlos Jr. was appointed to President in 2020, and Chief Technology Officer in 2021.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida.

As a Data Product Engineer, Nick enjoys digesting business requirements, deep diving into the data, and working with data scientists and product owners to deliver data-driven business analytics solutions through AI, Big Data, and machine learning. Providing the end user with first-class predictive business intelligence (BI) and analytical insights is what motivates this data nerd on a daily basis.

Chris has been a key member of the teams who designed, built and delivered three generations of the BST Global product suite. She began her BST Global career in 1995 as part of Product Support for the MIS product. Her skills were soon leveraged to provide design, QA and support expertise for BST Global’s first relational database product. Her experience and knowledge naturally advanced her to the core teams responsible for evolving both BST8 and BST10.
In 2001, Chris was named Product Manager of Billing & Reporting, and was heavily involved in converting clients to BST8. Her specialties are report writing, billing, ETL and dashboards, and she is known as a subject matter expert for the overall data and data integrity within BST Global. For the past 13 years, Chris' focus has been on the Business Intelligence product line, maturing the BST8 management- and performance-portals platforms, overseeing the products, converting our clients to BST10 and bringing to life BST10 Information Delivery featuring inquiry, dashboard and reporting functionality. The past few years Chris' data knowledge has led her to focus on the new and exciting Machine Learning aspects of BST Global's business.
Prior to joining BST Global, Chris worked for Environmental Consulting and Technology, Inc. and Tower Environmental (both BST Global clients) in various roles spanning accounting and billing as well as systems administration.

As Global Controller at BST Global, Alison is responsible for all global accounting including financial reporting, tax, payroll and treasury. Additionally, she's stepped in to assist as a Product Manager for the FAM team. Since joining BST Global in 2016, Alison has lent her unique experience to consulting and assisting clients, developing new modules and testing new functionality in both BST8 and BST10.
Prior to joining BST Global, Alison was the Controller for 10 years at Matrix Solutions in Calgary, Canada, where she was responsible for all accounting functions. She was integral in Matrix’s 2007 implementation of BST8, and in the Early Adopter Program for BST10 in 2014. She has led implementations for process improvements, module rollouts and system upgrades in her roles.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge in Lethbridge, Alberta. She also holds Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Barry is BST Global’s Product Director of Platform and Integration, responsible for the vision, strategy and roadmap of the BST Global’s software platform, architecture and technologies that enable clients to seamlessly tailor, integrate and automate business processes in concert with the BST Global suite of products.
Barry joined BST Global in 2005 to lead the vision and strategy for the BST Global SDK, and in 2008, he was promoted to Director of the Platform and Tools product line to drive the roadmap and work with clients to champion business-process integration, value, and best-practice. From 2012 through 2020, Barry also served as the Director of Software Engineering, leading a team of world-class engineers to innovate and deliver the BST Global product portfolio.
Prior to joining BST Global, Barry worked as Director of Application Development for WellCare Health Plans, a 14,000-person health insurance company for Medicare and Medicaid. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Consultant and the Manager of Solution Services at Software Architects, where he defined and led the technical strategy, enterprise architecture and implementation methodologies to automate, accelerate and streamline business processes for Fortune 1000 companies.

Taylor brings a hands-on approach to solving strategic and tactical challenges, whether related to technology, people or process. She began her career at BST Global performing new client implementations, which gave her a strong foundation in enterprise systems. She then went to PwC, where she advised on digital transformation, and later ISG, consulting for Fortune 100 companies and further broadening her expertise in change management and customer experience.
Pursuing increasingly complex challenges, Taylor later drove customer success initiatives for robotics integration at several large U.S. manufacturers. She has since returned to BST Global to continue helping clients evolve, adapt and thrive, ensuring every initiative aligns with their strategic goals.
Taylor holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a STEM designation from Carnegie Mellon University.

As BST Global’s Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Services, Steve is responsible for the internal information systems and related infrastructure at BST Global, and leads all infrastructure and security initiatives for BST Cloud.
Steve has advanced knowledge in infrastructure design as it relates to ERP applications and network configuration, and he works with BST Global clients and prospects worldwide to ensure their IT infrastructure running the BST Global product suite performs well and is highly available. Steve also conducts technical planning sessions that include infrastructure recommendations, backup and disaster recovery planning, remote access design, and application and network performance reviews.
Prior to joining BST Global, from 1997 to 2005, Steve worked as the Information Technology Director and IT Security Director for Danka Office Imaging, a 20,000-person global office automation company. Prior to Danka, Steve worked as an engineer at Raytheon Systems on multiple government contracts and has several years of business process experience in a project-centric environment.

Debbie is BST Global’s Chief Product Officer, and a member of the BST Global Executive Management team. In her role, Debbie sets product vision and strategy for all BST Global software products worldwide. She leads a team of product directors and user interaction designers who are dedicated to delivering the most meaningful and effortless software experience possible.
Debbie also sets the vision and timing of all BST Global product releases to ensure that the release roadmap aligns with current business strategies and client and market demands, as well as delivers high-quality and timely product releases.
Debbie joined BST Global in 1999 as Head of the Americas Client Support Group, and in 2007, she was named Business Line Director of Finance and Accounting Management. In 2009, Debbie assumed her dual role as Director of Release Management, where she has played a significant role in shaping and leading the release program for all BST Global software products worldwide. In 2017, Debbie was named Chief Product Officer, which further broadened her area of leadership to include the product management, user-experience design, and project and release management.
Prior to joining BST Global, Debbie worked for Environmental Science & Engineering, a 3,000-person environmental and engineering consultancy, from 1988 to 1999 in a number of financial roles, culminating in her role as Corporate Controller.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and an MBA from St. Leo University in St. Leo, Florida.
